Arabian Fasteners objectives for quality are to maintain a management system compliant to ISO9001:2008 and produce products that consistently meet customer requirements.

Arabian Fasteners believes that for our customers to be assured of products conforming to standards we need to conduct extensive inspection and testing in our laboratory. Some of AF Quality Lab capabilities include:

• Tensile test
• Hardness test
• Impact test
• Proof Load test (nuts)
• Internal Thread Go/No-go
• External Thread Go/No-go
• PMI test (expected to be operational by 2010)

Arabian Fasteners Material Management programs are technology-based systems designed to incorporate lean manufacturing principles into our inventory replenishment process. AF truly manages inventory based on our customers' usage and adjusts inventory levels based on demand - ensuring you have the parts you need to run your business - nothing more, nothing less.

With the use of computer and warehouse facilities, we maintain all inventories and total lot control throughout our entire manufacturing system.
